As Facility Manager at Mathem, You will be responsible for every technical and mechanical aspect of the building. While being hands-on then necessary, The Facility Manager also hires and develops the own team, which will oversee systems like cooling- and ventilation systems, light fixtures, fire and smoke-detection to name a few. Also, the role is in charge of a state-of-the-art facility, and at the same time work hands on together with the team.
Main tasks
Being Installation manager (IM), as well as electrical safety advisor (elsäkerhetssamordnare)
Coordinate construction and repairs of technical, electrical and mechanical equipment related to the building
Ensure that all requirements for the building are met, through inspections, maintenance and repairs
Plan and do preventive maintenance
Indirect and direct procurement of facility-related equipment and services
Be the main point of contact for service providers
Be a part of planning and setting up our brand new facility if relevant
Recruit, onboard and develop team members
Push to continuously improve the team, while taking part in cross-functional projects
Cooperate with other functions in the Fulfillment Center to ensure that the facility enables the operation to perform
Qualifications
4+ years of relevant work experience in facility management, electrics, engineering or other relevant fields
Technical education electrical engineering.
Solid experience in property management and technical operations.
Experience working with electrical safety, risk assessment and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of ESA, SS-EN 50110-1 and electrical safety regulations.
Ability to run maintenance and safety projects.
Merits: Certification as an electrical installer, experience in Self-inspection Program (EKP).
Previous experience managing a team and delegating tasks
Experience using with Maintenance Planning Systems
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace and Slack
Hold a drivers license (Class B)
Fluent in English and Swedish
