I work to ensure that the cars are ready for deliveries to the customer's home! There use to include a lot of car washes and loading of the orders into the cars. I appreciate the family atmosphere among the employees at Mathem. We support each other and laugh a lot, which contributes well-being and joy. It is always an honor to be able to train new employees in the loading area, to be a role model and someone who welcomes them into the team.

I have worked as a driver for about five years. It is an independent job where you get to meet many lovely customers. The working hours suits me very well as I have my music business on the side, I work as a DJ and producer. I like that you get to see different parts of society and that I have seen places in Skåne I hardly knew existed.

As a driver you have an independent job and get to solve problems on daily basis with the assistance of the traffic control function. You spend a lot of your time in the truck on your own, but still got the opportunity to meet with many different people. It's so much fun to go to work every day cause it's a stimulating profession where you get to make an impact in peoples everyday life.

In my role as Operational Transport Manager at Mathem, I get to work with, in my opinion, many of the best parts of our business. Have worked for 6 years in our dynamic everyday life and you never know what a day can offer. I attach great importance to being available to our staff and creating good relationships and a warm working environment. I am involved in everything from recruitment and employee interviews, to support and coordination in daily operations as well as long-term schedule planning and general personnel issues. The best thing about working at Mathem is the variety, my driven and solution-oriented colleagues and achieving the best possible customer satisfaction with the work we do every day on distribution.

I have worked as a driver in Norrköping for about nine years. I'm also a bit of an all-in-one as I also staff the routes, have contact with hauliers and take care of the cars. There will also be a lot of contact with the colleagues in Larsboda. The best thing about this job is that it is so independent, good atmosphere and nice co-workers. Another thing is that it really feels good to be able to help my fellow human beings.

I started as a driver in February this year when there was snow chaos in Gothenburg so you had to learn the job the hard way. It has been quite easy to get into the job thanks to a clear and good set of regulations. The more experience I get, the better it goes. I really enjoy the mix of independent work combined with the client meetings. My colleagues are great, there is always help and support when needed
