We’re looking for Supply Planner during Summer!

What you’ll actually do 💡

As a Summer Supply Planner at Mathem, you’ll get a hands-on introduction to the world of e-commerce logistics. Over the course of 10 weeks, you will support our team in maintaining optimal product availability and minimizing waste. You’ll assist with order management and supplier coordination, acting as a key link in our product flow to ensure our customers get what they need, when they need it.

We are looking for two people who are eager to learn and ready to dive into a fast-paced environment. Being a proactive problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude and an eye for details is key. You also need to be comfortable working on assigned tasks independently but enjoying the energy of a collaborative team.

To get more concrete, here is what you will be doing:

• You'll maintain high availability and low spoilage by following the teams KPIs.

• To achieve the best possible flow of goods, you'll actively work with forecasting for product demand.

• You'll follow up on and maintain relationships with suppliers.

• Working cross-functional together with Category Manager, our Promotions teams and Stakeholders in Fulfillment.

• Educational background or relevant experience within logistics or supply chain.

• Experience from working with RELEX or similar systems is beneficial, but not mandatory.

• Experience from working with Excel is a great plus.
