Customer Service Coordinator (Part-time)

We built the leading online grocery store and now we want to share what we’ve created with the world! Delivering a broad assortment of high-quality, affordable groceries to thousands of doorsteps is a complex process, but we believe we’ve cracked the code. Using data-driven methodology, with a focus on sustainability all the way along the chain, we are creating the most efficient retail system in the world!
We’re currently looking for a few people to join our Customer Service team, in various part-time positions. Aa Customer Service Coordinator, you will provide excellent customer service via telephone, chat, and email, while also offering data and insights to support operations, commercial, and marketing teams. The focus includes actively contributing ideas and insights to reduce customer inquiries and friction, emphasizing a commitment to continual improvement in customer service and experience.
Main tasks
Provide our customers with amazing customer service and experience.
Answer customer inquiries by telephone, chat, and e-mail.
Support operations, commercial and marketing teams with data and insight regarding our customers.
Contribute to the company with insight, ideas, and improvement points in order to reduce customer inquiries and friction.
Qualifications
Fully fluent in both English & Swedish, in written and spoken language.
Some experience working in customer facing positions
Good data understanding, and the ability to quickly learn internal systems
A clear understanding of what makes a good customer experience
Previous store experience is a plus
Personal qualities
Are self-motivated and take the initiative to provide a good customer experience
Takes responsibility and goes the extra mile to provide our customers with world-class service
Are a team player and a contributor to the team and Mathem as a company
Are resilient and manage to keep focus when things get hectic
Are eager to learn new and adapt to our dynamic work culture
These are part-time position for the weekend & evening shift, with shifts occurring between 13.00-22.00 on weekdays and either 9.00-18.00 or 13.00-22.00 on Weekends.
