You will: 
As a Backend Engineer, you will be working with modern architecture based on microservices and serverless. In your daily work, you will develop new functions in C# or node.js on AWS Lambda. You will be writing and maintaining single microservices that could be made up of one or more Lambda functions. It could be written in the supported language that best suits the task. You will be working with DynamoDB table that triggers events on updates that other services can consume. This will automatically be deployed to our test and production environments using AWS CodePipeline.

We are looking for someone who likes to work together and want to bring new code and ideas to MatHem. Your opinions and ideas matter to us. 

What we are looking for:

  • Someone with technical interest and experience in C#, Java, Javascript, Python, Golang or similar modern programming languages.
  • Experience in Elasticsearch, Datadog or Kibana is a nice to have because it’s technologies we use.
  • It’s advantageous if you have an understanding of serverless technology, event-driven patterns, and experience in one or more cloud providers (preferably AWS)
  • You have a work permit, you live in EU and are willing to relocate to Stockholm
