Performance Marketing Manager

We are now looking for a driven Performance Marketing Manager. You will have a key role in our Marketing team and be responsible for new customer acquisition through our online channels.

This is what you’ll do

MatHem is on an exciting growth journey and the main responsibility for you will be to take us to the next level in terms of online customer acquisition. You will also be responsible for keeping up to date with latest trends and updates within online marketing. In the role you will report directly to Head of Marketing & Growth.

Responsibilities including but not limited to

  • Main responsible for customer acquisition (B2C and B2B) including strategy, budgeting, planning, execution, analysis and reporting
  • Manage paid user acquisition channels, including Paid Social, Paid Search, programmatic Display and Online Video
  • First point of contact for our agency and responsible for proactively setting targets and steering initiatives to maximize efficiency and output. 
  • Responsible for further developing our data driven working methods and best practices to achieve better results (including CLV and attribution model). 
  • Creative material orders, setting up A/B tests, and sharing performance results with creative department for increased creative performance
  • Updating new customer acquisition estimations
  • Daily collaboration with Head of Marketing & Growth 

We believe the right candidate could look something like this

  • At least a BSc/BA in marketing or other relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience within online marketing (agency experience is considered as an advantage)  
  • Operational experience from one or more online channels (Social, Paid Search, Display)
  • Previous experience of agency management 
  • Data driven mindset and high analytical skills
  • Solution oriented and proactive approach in communicating and recommending solutions for profitable growth
  • Previous experience in working with CLV and Attribution models 
  • Experience from DMP is an advantage
  • You have a Swedish work permit and are currently living in Stockholm/Sweden
