Our office is located in beautiful Gamla Stan in Stockholm and we’re now looking for a Pricing Tactics Manager to join our Assorting & Pricing department.
As the consumer price is an important factor for our customers, we always strive to have the right price range at the right quality. Pricing is a cross-functional unit which works together with the Category organization. The focus of Pricing is to work with the price setting of our products, optimization of our price position, as well as production of daily reports. You are part of a committed and business-driven function, and work closely with our Senior Pricing Strategy Manager.
As a Pricing Tactics Manager, you work with consumer pricing based on given strategies. To ensure high quality, you make follow-ups on the pricing strategy and associated rules and guidelines. You are responsible for ongoing product range revisions regarding price as well as securing that relevant information is shared in the company. Tactical measures are developed in close collaboration with the Senior Pricing Strategy Manager and Category Organization.

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of pricing and product range, and have a good understanding of what drives sales and profitability in a store, as well as price perception to customers.
We believe you have a good sense of structure since you have to work in a face paced environment. You are meticulous and delivery-focused, and have a genuine interest in working with numbers. We also value that you are methodical and analytical and commercially savvy.
A prerequisite for success in this role is a great commitment and the ability to understand your role in the whole. You have many stakeholders in the organization and therefore communicative skills and a reliable approach are also desirable. You are solution oriented and a teamplayer!
It is crucial that you have a strong drive, are creative and result-oriented with a business mindset. You like to work proactively and take initiatives.
