As Head of CRM your responsibility is to foster and develop our relationships with customers together with a highly motivated team that’s passionate about what they do. With your experience, you act as the voice of the customer at MatHem while balancing short term sales contribution and long term loyalty retention value. And you will have the mandate and position to do so. You report to the Chief Revenue Officer where you together build and plan the customer development strategy.
We believe that you encourage cross-collaboration and that you have a good sense of structure since you have to navigate in a face paced environment.
