Did you know that banana is our most sold grocery? We deliver over 200 thousand of them, every month. Founded in 2006, MatHem pioneered and still leads the online grocery shopping in Sweden.

As Head of CRM your responsibility is to foster and develop our relationships with customers together with a highly motivated team that’s passionate about what they do. With your experience, you act as the voice of the customer at MatHem while balancing short term sales contribution and long term loyalty retention value. And you will have the mandate and position to do so. You report to the Chief Revenue Officer where you together build and plan the customer development strategy.

  • Contributing with thought leadership as the customer first evangelist internally at Mathem
  • Formulate the strategy and playbook to realize the CRM vision
  • Together with your team plan and execute the CRM sales plan contributing to the ambitious business growth plan of MatHem
  • Defining structure and ways of working to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Improve customer segmentation and prioritize development ideas to leverage insight to drive customer happiness
  • Meet budget standards by forecasting and managing expenses
  • Managing a diverse team of great people to meet KPI and business goals while also supporting team members in their personal and professional development plans

We believe the right candidate could look something like this: 

  • Tech savvy, commercial leader with 7+ years of experience working with CRM in a management role, preferably within FMCG or similar e-commerce based business
  • Good technical understanding of CRM tools, preferably the Salesforce cloud suite
  • In-depth understanding of CRM principles in a B2B and B2C environment, preferably from a fast-paced and competitive market setting
  • Good communicator with strong stakeholder management skills ensuring CRM development project delivery through internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
