We are currently looking for a CRM marketing specialist, who will be working with communication to all of Mathems customer groups (B2C, B2B, B2G and Mathem Express). You would join a fast-paced organisation and have a team of experts supporting you in your work, while reporting to the Head of Marketing Performance. Responsibilities: 

As a CRM marketing specialist, you are a part of the Revenue department at Mathem. One of your key focus areas will be to plan and execute engaging and informative communication to Mathem’s existing customer segments, including Email, SMS, Push send-outs, and addressed direct advertising. 

You will be a part of a smaller team planning and making sure the send-outs are well optimised. Responsibility will include following up on initiatives and continuously analysing and improving our CRM marketing strategy and internal processes. You work closely with internal stakeholders, from our Growth, Assortment and Purchasing, and Brand team, to ensure that we give our customers the best possible offer through our owned communication channels.

We believe the right candidate could look something like this:

• Relevant educational background

• Fluent English and Swedish skills, both written and spoken 

• 3+ years of relevant experience within CRM activities

• Strong analytical skills and data driven mindset

• Thrive in team and put your team's success before your own 

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders

Desirable experience:

• Experience from one or more of following: Email, SMS and Push Marketing activities

• Experienced user of tools e.g Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics

• Working in a fast moving environment

• Project Management experience
